Golden West finishes their season as the 2012 State Runner-Up
Golden West set up an All-South championship final by sweeping NorCal 2 seed Santa Rosa.
Golden West, ranked No. 6 in the state defeated Bakersfield last night in a 3-1 match. The women will now move on the CCCAA State Championships as the No. 2 seed from the south.
After defeating Antelope Vally College (3-0) and San Diego Mesa College (3-0) the women advance to the final round for a place in the State Championships.
After trailing OCC for the second half of the season, the Rustlers defeated the Pirates 3-0 to give Golden West the Orange Empire Conference Championship.
Golden West defeats Cypress 3-0 and Riverside 3-0 as the season draws to a close.

The Golden West women’s volleyball team continues to lead the Orange Empire Conference with a three-set sweep over Riverside College.

Huntington Beach, Calif. – Lady Rustler volleyball sent Fullerton home with their stingers between their legs on Wednesday, Oct. 3rd with a final match score of 3-1.
Golden West’s women’s volleyball faced off against Long Beach City in their final non-conference match of the season.
