Bio

Coach Sabet comes from a history of high school and club coaching with League Championships at Artesia High School and Kennedy High School. Sabet has been the head varsity coach at St. John Bosco High School the past 3 seasons and has made the playoffs the past two seasons. Sabet currently is the director of coaching and player development at Cypress Futbol Club where he has produced four different premier level teams in the last 6 years. Sabet follows the Coerver method as his basis for training, which he is one of the area Directors in the Coerver method. During the last 12 years as club coach he has won numerous prestigious tournaments not to mention several of his players are now playing professional or at Division I Universities.

Sabet was the assistant men’s coach at Cypress College for 3 seasons and help turn the program around from a 0-19 record to winning records the next 2 seasons. Sabet has won numerous state titles as a club coach and prestigious tournaments.

As a player, Sabet spent four years at St. John Bosco where he moved on to Irvine Valley earning all-Conference honors from there he continued his college career at Cal State Los Angeles where he was named to the Second Team All-Conference. He also played semi-professionally for the San Gabriel Valley Highlanders.

Sabet will be instrumental in helping Coach Ruiz in all aspects of the game as well as preseason preparation.
