Sophomore Natasha Caldwell continues to break records and push herself to new limits in the Javelin throw. This weekend was no exception as she threw for an incredible distance of 149'4".

The Spring Break Invitational at UCI quickly became a series of significant milestones for members of the Golden West Track and Field team. Rustlers were breaking lifetime records, setting new school records, and ranking in the top of the Conference as well as Southern California.
Golden West's Heather Simpson, Tailor Dunigan, and Kristi Perrotta finished 2nd in the Orange Empire Conference's Heptathlon.
Congratulations to Natasha Caldwell for placing first in the Javelin Throw at the Ben Brown Invitational on March 9. Caldwell threw for 43.40m beating the Golden West record which she previously held at 42.41m. Caldwell is currently the state leader in this event.

The women of Golden West track and field took the top spot in 10 out of a total of 16 events for the day.
