W Soccer: Lasiter Nets Four Goals as Rustlers Cruise to Win
Huntington Beach, Calif. - Freshman forward Skylar Lasiter netted the Rustlers first four goals of the game to lead the team to their first Orange Empire Conference victory of the season 5-3.

Huntington Beach, Calif. - Freshman forward Skylar Lasiter netted the Rustlers first four goals of the game to lead the team to their first Orange Empire Conference victory of the season 5-3.
Golden West held a 1-0 lead at halftime on Lasiter's first goal of the afternoon on a nice pass from Alyssa Serrano in the 38th minute.
Lasiter struck again not long in the start of the second half when she picked off a ball and finished in the 54th minute. Then it was a quick double goal for the hat trick and her fourth goal of the game in the 70th and 71st minute to give the Rustlers a commanding 4-0 lead. For good measue LaNell Swain found the back of the net to give Golden West a 5-1 lead. Santa Ana would score two more goals before time ran out and the Rustlers earned a 5-3 win.
Golden West will travel to Fullerton on Tuesday, October 4 for a 3pm kickoff.
