Golden West walked away in a tie 2-2 at home against San Bernardino. The Rustlers played hard in their last non conference game, but could not connect with the net in the second half.
Golden West defeated Santa Ana 3-1 in their first conference game at home. The Dons pressed in on defense, but it was the Rustlers determination that brought home the win.
Golden West hosted El Camino in their last pre-season game, finishing with a painful 0-0 score.
