Suzy Brazney, a 19-time ASA All-American, member of three Pan-American Games teams, one World Championship team and 3 ASA National Championship Teams. She also competed for a spot on both the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Teams. She was a member of the Selection Committee that picked the 2004 Olympic Gold Medal Softball Team.
From 2004-2008 Brazney was a member of the USA softball coaching pool. In 2006-07 she served as an assistant coach for the USA Jr. National team that won Gold medals at the Jr. Pan Am games in Puerto Rico and Gold at the Jr. World Championships in Holland. In 2009 Brazney was the assistant coach for the USA National Team that won the Gold at the Japan Cup in Sendai, Japan. Brazney will be inducted into the ASA Hall of Fame in November 2010. Likeness depicted on the 1996 Olympic Commemorative Stamp.
As a player at Cal Poly Pomona, Brazney was a two time NCAA All American and Broderick Award Nominee and was inducted into Cal Poly’s Hall of Fame in 1994.
Gretchen Bock

Gretchen, a former student-athlete at Golden West in 1989-1990, set multiple softball records (most hits in a season and most RBI’S) for the Rustlers that held for more than a decade. As a Rustler, Gretchen was named to the All-Southern California Team her freshman year and the All-State Team her sophomore year. She earned her Associates of Arts in Physical Education and signed with UC Santa Barbara on a softball scholarship. Later, Gretchen ended up at Long Beach State where she studied Health Sciences and immediately joined the coaching community.
While at Long Beach State, Gretchen continued to play Women’s A softball and achieved honors such as the All-World Team in 1994. Gretchen is a Certified Personal Trainer and website designer.
Tiffanie Chrisco
Assistant Coach
Tiffanie is a former student athlete for Golden West College’s Softball and Soccer Teams, and a native Californian. While at Golden West, Tiffanie was named Most Improved Player for the 2002 Women’s Soccer Team.
Tiffanie earned her Associate of Arts degree from Golden West in May 2004, before transferring to William Penn University (Oskaloosa, IA) on a dual Soccer and Softball Scholarship. Tiffanie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Education (K-12) Health and Coaching, from William Penn University December 2006. Tiffanie recently completed the Deaf Education Masters Degree program at Gallaudet University (Washington, DC). Tiffanie is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
